AMAPS
Association of Math Assistant Principals, Supervision
Get to Know Us
AMAPS was established in 1932 to foster dialogue, embrace pedagogy, and strengthen math curricula for high schools in the City of New York, with the goal of providing the best mathematics education for the public high school students of New York City.
Assistant Principals actively involved with AMAPS have
opportunities to network with colleagues and benefit from professional development activities created specifically for Assistant Principals of Mathematics.
The sponsors of our meetings give presentations on new technology, mathematics books, curriculum alternatives, enrichment programs and/or teacher professional development opportunities.
